Cecile Chandler brings a wealth of experience to her present role of Resource Coordinator. This position is called Special Needs Coordinator in some schools. She has been an educator for over 30 years, holding positions as principal and teacher. Her advanced college preparation was done at Xavier U. in Cincinnati and Lyola U. in Chicago, with some work done at U. of L.

Ms. Chandler grew up in Louisville and has lived her most of her life, with time out for five year in Cincinnati and three in New York State.
