My name is Stacy Lohman, and I am so excited to be starting my first year teaching 3rd grade at St. Athanasius! I attended Western Kentucky University and received a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. I am currently working on my master’s degree in Library Media Education along with an Instructional Computer Technology endorsement.

I live in Lyndon with my husband Michael, two daughters Anna and Natalie, and my two dogs Mulan and Dander. Besides teaching, I also enjoy lots of other things including gardening, reading, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

I feel that teaching is a rich learning experience. I enjoy challenging myself to become better at a career that is exciting and different each day, is never predictable, and where I can make decisions based on my understanding and best judgment at any given moment. I bring a love of learning and enthusiasm to my teaching that makes learning successful and exciting for my students.
