Mrs. Wooten received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Bellarmine University in Elementary Education and Special Education; Learning and Behavior Disorders. She attended Catholic schools from Kindergarten-College.She is a member of Kappa Delta Pi, an International Education Honor Society as well as National Education Association, and Kentucky Education Association.

She currently teaches English, Spelling, Math, and Science. She is married to Jeremy, and they have a beautiful baby girl named Emily Elizabeth "Emmy", who is their pride and joy! They have two pugs, named Chloe and Zoe!

Mrs. Wooten enjoys working in the yard and spending time with her family and friends. Being a teacher has always been her "dream job"!

Mrs. Wooten’s hope for her students is that they strive to obtain a desire to learn and to do their best at all times. She strongly believes that students succeed when they are in a safe, warm and caring environment that is also highly structured and organized. Her classroom is a place where students feel welcome, safe, and will enjoy learning. However, she has high expectations of her students; requires each of them to work hard on a daily basis!
