I graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Middle School Education. I grew up in Louisville where I attended 12 years of Catholic Education. I lived in Lexington, KY for 5 years completing college and teaching 8th grade for 1 year.

I got married this summer and my husband, Eric, and I just bought a house and are still working on getting settled! I am thrilled to be back in my hometown around family and friends.

I teach 7th and 8th grade Social Studies and 7th grade English. I love teaching middle school students and work hard everyday to find activities to use in my classroom that interest students and help them to have fun while learning! It has been a great start to the school year and I am thrilled to be a part of such a welcoming community of staff, students, and parents!
