Angel Program
The angel program connects our parish elders to parishioners who visit, phone, and help them with their needs.

Bereavement Committee
The bereavement committee strives to ease the sorrowing of losing a loved. They comfort and support each family through prayer, liturgy planning, and making arrangements for food.

First Friday Calls
A group of 3 teams alternate on the first Friday of each month to visit and bring communion to homebound or ill parishioners.

Homebound Visits
A group of dedicated parish members, who after mass, will visit and bring communion to homebound or ill parishioners unable to attend Sunday liturgy.

Hospital Visitations
A ministry member visits the hospitals each Friday to call on fellow parishioners.

Quilting Group
This group of dedicated women meet every Monday morning to provide beautiful quilts to raffle off at our parish festival every year.

St. Vincent DePaul
This group assists the poor and needy in our parish neighborhood with the basic needs, such as food, rent, utilities, and financial counseling.

S.A.W.S. (Senior Adults and Widowers at St. Athanasius)
SAWS meet every first Tuesday of the month after attending noon mass to share lunch and discuss activities in which they may participate.

Shawl Ministry
This group of volunteers meet once a month and share what they have knitted or crocheted for distribution among the elderly and homebound of our parish.

Social Concerns/Respect Life
Social concern is to help coordinate, communicate, and promote participation in service opportunities that parish members can be involved in both within the parish as well as outreach to those in need.

Stewardship
This committee coordinates on-going programs to help parish members become better stewards of the gifts God has given us.
